Distoangular Impacted Wisdom Tooth

Patient, 51 years old female, with pain and swelling i.r.t grossly carious Distoangular impacted (right, lower wisdom tooth) 48, with curved and fused roots. Underwent surgical extraction under local anesthesia, preserving the inter radicular bone by following principles of odontectomy.
